He did, however, come forward and acknowledge other information gathered by the Truth About Kos Blog, e.g. that he was a Republican for most of his life before starting DailyKos, and that he wrote a college newspaper opinion piece in which he vigorously opposed ALL gay service in the military.

Markos C.A. Moulitsas Zúñiga Refuses to Refute CIA Connections
For almost two years the Truth About Kos has disseminated the information that Markos C.A. Moulitsas Zúñiga, according to his own words, was trained (and/or worked) at the CIA between 2001 and 2003. And yet, over the last two years, while Google has amassed over 26,000 hits connecting the search terms "Moulitsas" and "CIA", still Moulitsas Zúñiga has never come forward to deny or explain his contacts with the CIA.
He did, however, come forward and acknowledge other information gathered by the Truth About Kos Blog, e.g. that he was a Republican for most of his life before starting DailyKos, and that he wrote a college newspaper opinion piece in which he vigorously opposed ALL gay service in the military.

So, why doesn't Moulitsas Zúñiga come forward to deny or explain the other facts at Truth About Kos, e.g. the amazing wealth, influence and right-wing politics of his family in El Salvador? Does he think the public and the media will just not notice the 26,000 hits at Google referring to these facts? Or is he afraid to comment because to do so will just bring more attention to truths that he cannot possibly refute?

It's been awhile since I've read your blog, and I'm glad to see you're still discussing this issue. I just listened to Kos' 2006 speech at the Commonwealth Club, and was really shocked to hear him condone assassination of labor leaders as one of "other methods" of stablizing countries that "can get a little ugly at times." He poo-poos "dirty ops" as well. Creepy.
Sometimes, I think his goal is to legitimize and normalize CIA participation in US domestic politics.
Maybe that's why DailyKos got so exercised about the outing of that CIA agent Plame. The upshot of the whole Plame thing is that we now are all aware that one or two of our next-door neighbors may be working for the CIA. And it shouldn't surprise us because Plame and Moulitsas have acknowledged as much.
Dude, you're crazy. I mean, LITERALLY crazy.
Let it go. Whatever it is, let it go. Get on with your life already and quit fixating on someone, it's downright creepy. As William Shatner once said, "Get a life."
